How and where should I get apartment keys on my arrival?
Dear guest, You received the PIN (the last 5 digits of your booking.com reservation number) for the key safe which is located inside the house at the entrance area. At the apartment door please hold the chip to the handle until the green light and turn the handle to enter. Please leave the keys at your departure in the flat or drop it into the key safe.
How can I cancel or make changes in my booking?
Depending on the rate you chose, you can make changes directly on our website, for possibly additional fee, if you chose other rate. You just pay the difference. But there are some rates without a possibility to make any changes.
Why my credit/debit card is not accepted?
Please check with your bank - our booking system accepts all major credit and debit cards.
What should I do if I lose my reservation number?
Please send us email with your booking details (name, dates) - we will try to help you.
How can I book under a corporate agreement?
There is a rate code field at our booking page. Please enter the corporate code while making the booking.
How and when do I check in and check out?
Check in is at 14:00, check out is at 12:00. There is a terminal in the entrance corridor which will assist you with it.
What should I do if I want to have breakfast?
There are several cafes and shops around that you can get the breakfast from. Please check Surroundings.
I have not received a booking confirmation, what should I do?
Send us an email with your booking details (name, dates) - we will try to help you.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately no, our apartments do not allow accommodation with pets.
Is room cleaning and laundry included?
No, but we suggest these services for extra payment. Room cleaning is for 42 EUR. Bed linen and towels laundry are for 18 EUR per couple.
Do you have smoking apartments?
No, smoking is allowed only on balcony.
Is water from the pipe drinkable?
Yes, the drinking water from the pipe has top quality. Please help us to avoid plastic trash.
Do you have parking?
We have not separate parking. The next garage is at Reumannplatz (adress for navigation system is Waldgasse, 47). This is one station by underground U1 (station of our house is called Troststrasse). Daily fee is 12,6 EUR. During the week between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., Saturday, Sunday and public holidays you can park near the house free of charge.
